By accessing Stocks4Socks or any of its materials, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Disclaimer. By checking the box at checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You can buy a tier as a gift. The buyer agrees to these Terms at checkout and confirms the recipient is 18 or older. The recipient must also accept these Terms when claiming the gift. Gift access and the script license ID are linked to the recipient’s email entered at checkout, not the buyer’s. A gift link works in the first browser that claims it. Keep it private; if it is claimed by someone else, email us and we will help where we can. Refund requests for gifts follow the same rules as other purchases and are made by the buyer.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase access to materials.
Each purchase is for one person only. When you pay for a tier, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that tier's materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not share, resell, repost, publish, or redistribute any of the materials, including the Pine Scripts, lessons, quizzes, templates, and backtest methods, or give anyone else access to them.
Zero tolerance for sharing or resale. Copying, forwarding, sharing, reselling, reposting or publishing any Stocks4Socks materials without written permission is copyright infringement and a breach of these Terms. Each script and lesson is marked as Stocks4Socks property. If we find our materials shared or sold, we will file takedown notices with every site hosting them, report the accounts involved and may pursue all legal remedies available, including damages and legal fees where the law allows. No refund will be given.
Unique license ID. Every copy of a Stocks4Socks script you copy or download contains a unique license ID linked to your purchase. By purchasing, you agree that we may use this ID to trace copies back to the purchase they came from and to act on unauthorized sharing or resale. Removing or changing the license ID or the Stocks4Socks markings is a breach of these Terms. We also check the web, including TradingView and other sites, for copies of our materials. Each script also contains hidden identifiers linked to your purchase.
If a tier is bought as a gift, the recipient receives this same personal license, and the buyer does not keep separate access.

All content, including text, rules, charts, spreadsheets, scripts, indicators, logos, and the Stocks4Socks name, is owned by Eric Macias, doing business as Stocks4Socks and protected by copyright and other laws. No rights are granted except as stated in these Terms.
Payments unlock access to digital materials for the selected tier. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars on each tier page and are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
Refund policy: Because the materials are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final once the materials have been accessed or delivered. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or cannot access what you paid for, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you.
Tips are voluntary, are not purchases, do not grant access to any tier or materials, and are non-refundable.
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, Stripe, subject to its own terms.
The site links to third-party sites and services, such as brokers and TradingView. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. Some links may be referral links, as disclosed on the What I Use page.

The site and all materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stocks4Socks and its owner will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of the site or materials. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the materials in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stocks4Socks and its owner from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the site or materials or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
